How long does it take the delivery
Our national orders have a transit time between 24-48 hours depending on the service requested, for international shipments the transit time can vary from 5 to 7 working days.

What happens if I don’t like the material received.
In the case that you wish to return a leather, Curtidos Sevillano guarantees the payment of 100% of the value of the returned leather. The leather must be returned without handling in the same condition as you received it.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, you can select the shipping method you want. After checking the condition of the material we will make the corresponding payment.
For returns or changes you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name and the leather you want to return.
can I change an order?
Of course you can make changes to your order, in that case you should contact our sales department at email@example.com
How do I receive an invoice for my order?
Curtidos Sevillano sends a delivery note during your online purchase, after a few days our administration department makes the final invoice and sends it to your email box.
The invoices can be downloaded in PDF format from the customer account in the menu 'My invoices' once the payment has been received and after a few hours. For any invoice that is not in your customer panel, you can request it at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
Does the price include taxes?
Curtidos Sevillano shows all prices WITHOUT TAXES so that our international or Canary Island customers who are exempt from VAT know the exact price. If you select items to buy our tool indicates the corresponding tax rate.
Method of measuring the leather?
Curtidos Sevillano carries out the measurement of the hides informing of the surface in centimetres length x width thicker of the leather, we always measure the narrowest areas so all our hides have more surface than indicated on the web.
A mistake has occurred when making the payment of the order, what do I do?
If for any reason when making the payment of the order some problem occurs and it cannot be completed its order will happen to a state 'Pending' being reserved to lack of the payment. When reserved for you, the articles will not be visible on the web since they have been reserved. To continue your order, you must communicate the incident to email@example.com and our technical department will contact you to resolve the issue.
